ghcr.io docker requests failing especially from EU

A few hours ago we started observing ghcr.io request failures, particularly from EU regions. Here are some examples. Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

This is causing me multiple issues with using features in devcontainers as it fails to pull them from ghcr.io.
Both in UK and Germany.
Sometimes they work, sometime they don't
