Hello, my repository was closed by GitHub without any explanation, this was .github.io repository, I had my site there and I want to create new GitHub pages site but I can't, because this repository still exists, anyone knows how to delete it? Github support can't help me and every time redirects me to community discussions. Thanks for any response <3

The message in your screenshot says that the repository was disabled due to a possible violation of GitHub's Terms of Service.

Since GitHub Support has already redirected you to Community Discussions, I would recommend contacting GitHub Support again through the appeal or review process and asking them to explain the reason for the restriction.

If you want to create a new GitHub Pages site, you may need to resolve the restriction on the existing repository first. I would avoid deleting or recreating repositories until you know what caused the issue.

Hey, that's a rough one, sorry you're stuck with it.
Short version: when GitHub disables a repo for a ToS violation it goes into a locked/read-only state, and normal owner actions like Settings → Danger Zone → Delete just won't work. Sometimes the repo even disappears from your repo list entirely, and you'll still get "name is taken" when you try to create the new .github.io one. So you're almost certainly not doing anything wrong — it's the lock, not you.
The only people who can fix it are Trust & Safety, and the regular contact form won't reach them. Use the appeal form instead: https://support.github.com/contact/appeal (choose the option for a flagged/disabled account or repository). Two things that help a lot:

• Say clearly that you're not asking to get the repo restored — you want it deleted/released so you can create a fresh .github.io. Deletion requests tend to move faster than appeals to unban.
• Give your username and the exact repo name, and ask for a human review. The first reply is usually auto-triage and reads like a wall, but replying to it gets you further up the queue.
  In the meantime you're not fully blocked: only one repo per account can hold .github.io, but you can make a repo under any other name, enable Pages in Settings → Pages, and it'll live at .github.io/reponame — and a custom domain can point at it fine. If you really need the clean root URL, you'd need a second account or the name to be freed first.
