I upgraded to copilot plus but have to wait 14 days for credits

I upgraded to copilot Pro+ with 7,000 credits. It says I've used 3,700, but it also says I've reached my limit and have to wait 14 days for it to renew and reset. Why is this?

This is on the GitHub app. I've not been able to check on my computer yet due to not being near it.
