How to apply for Student Pack when university does not provide school emai

Hello everyone,

I am a Software Engineering student at Universidade La Salle. My institution does not provide an institutional/school-issued email address or a physical student ID card.

When trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, the automated system blocks the request because I don't have a school email domain. Since individual support tickets for this are now closed, how can students in this situation submit manual proof of enrollment (such as an official enrollment certificate) for review?

Any guidance or direct link would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
