Verified school email is not recognized when applying for Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am a current student at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic, and I am trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

My official VSB university email address has already been added to my GitHub account and is verified.

In the GitHub Education application I select:

• Role: Student
• School: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava
• School email: my verified VSB email address

However, when I click Continue, I receive this error:

"There was an error creating the discount request. Discount request could not be created. We require applicants to use a school-issued email address to apply."

I have already verified that the email selected in the application is the same school-issued email that is verified on my GitHub account.

Could you please help me understand why GitHub Education does not recognize my verified VSB school email?
