Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

My student application for user handle @BirappaK is continually rejected by the automated OCR system due to name matching and date issues.

My legal name is Kokare Birappa Kondiba (Surname: Kokare, Given Name: Birappa, Father's Name: Kondiba). My institution issues tuition fee receipts with the surname printed first. Because our college has not yet issued physical student IDs, this official fee receipt is my primary enrollment proof.

My GitHub profile name and billing details have both been updated to match, but the automated reader cannot parse the naming sequence. Could a team member please manually verify my submission?
