How long does GitHub usually take to review a flagged account?

Hi, I'm asking here because my main account has been flagged .posts from the flagged account don't seem to be visible.

I already submitted a support ticket for that account, but so far I’ve only received a response which seems to be an automated reply that asking me to provide 'a bit more' information. I made this account mainly for using Codex and working on my open-source project. I’m just a humanities grad student, so I honestly have no idea what triggered the flag. And ,I've seen people saying they waited weeks or even months for a review, so I'm wondering what the current wait time is like.

Has anyone had a flagged account reviewed recently? How long did it take before you heard from an actual person?
