Unable to verify my student status after multiple attempts

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble verifying my student status for GitHub Education. I have already tried submitting my application around six times, but I still do not understand what proof is required or why my submissions are not accepted.
I am currently studying at Saimaan ammattiopisto Sampo in Finland.

I can provide any of the following as proof of my current enrollment:

A screenshot or link from Opintopolku showing that I was accepted/enrolled.

A current class schedule from Wilma.

An official enrollment certificate (opiskelutodistus) from my school, if needed.

Any other document you specifically require.

Could you please tell me exactly which document is acceptable in my situation and how I should submit it through the verification form? If possible, please also explain why my previous attempts were unsuccessful.

Hi! I think the most useful proof in this situation would be a current official enrollment certificate from Saimaan ammattiopisto Sampo.

Since the verification process needs to confirm that you are currently enrolled, an official document showing your name, school, and current enrollment/status would generally be stronger evidence than a screenshot of an acceptance page.

If you use a document or screenshot, make sure that:

• Your full name is clearly visible.
• The institution name is clearly visible.
• It shows that you are currently enrolled/student.
• The document or information is recent/current.
• Any required date or academic period is visible.

I would recommend submitting the official enrollment certificate through the verification form if it is available. If GitHub still rejects it, check the reason given in the verification response and submit a clearer/current document rather than repeatedly submitting the same evidence.

Also, avoid uploading unnecessary personal information that isn't required for verification.
