I’ve been waiting for almost three weeks now, what can I do?
I waited a week to get into the Microsoft Store, is that the standard waiting time? This is my first project.
Maybe I do something wrong? There is no contact with user.

I checked the PR you linked. It looks like you haven't done anything wrong.

The automated validation has already passed (Azure-Pipeline-Passed), so at this point it looks like the PR is waiting for manual review/validation from the WinGet team.

Since this is a new package, the review can take longer than normal updates. I wouldn't close and reopen the PR or create another one, as that probably won't make it move faster.

For now, I would leave the PR open and wait for the review. If there is still no activity after some more time, you can politely ask for an update directly on the PR.

Also, Microsoft Store approval and WinGet package approval are separate processes, so being approved in the Store doesn't automatically approve the WinGet submission.

Typical review time runs roughly 1–6 weeks, with most people landing in the 2–4 week range, but it can stretch much longer — some report waiting a month or more, occasionally up to 2–3 months, with no updates in between.
GitHub staff have explicitly said in these threads that there's no formal SLA for Marketplace review — so there's no guaranteed timeline you're entitled to, which is part of what makes the silence frustrating.
Interestingly, in more than one case, people who posted publicly about a stuck review had their app approved within a day or two of posting — whether that's cause-and-effect or coincidence isn't clear, but it's a repeated pattern in these discussions.

What to check/do while waiting:

1.Check your app's settings page (github.com/settings/apps → your app) for any rejection notes or requests for changes that might be sitting unread.
2.Check your primary account email (including spam) — GitHub notifies the address on the developer account if they need more info, not necessarily anywhere visible in the UI.
3.Don't resubmit — re-submitting is reported to restart the review clock rather than speed anything up.
4.After ~3 weeks with zero communication, it's reasonable to open a support ticket directly: https://support.github.com/contact — choose Marketplace as the topic, and include your app name, App ID, the org/account used to submit, and your submission date.
