What are you trying to do?
We are trying to activate our free GitHub Team plan for our approved 501(c)(3) organization:

• Organization URL: https://github.com/qmsusaofficial
• Account Name: Quantum Meditation Society USA

What did you expect to happen?
Our organization was approved for the GitHub for Nonprofits program (as shown on the GitHub Nonprofits Portal, where the Team plan is listed at $0/month). We expected our organization's billing settings to reflect the free Team plan or allow us to complete activation for $0/month.

What happened instead?
When navigating to Organization Settings > Billing & licensing > Licensing to activate the Team plan, clicking "Upgrade to Team" routes us to a standard commercial payment checkout demanding $144.00/year ($48/seat/year for 3 seats).

We submitted Support Ticket #4684080 over 3 weeks ago to request a manual billing sync, but we have received no reply or resolution.

Since your organization is already approved for GitHub for Nonprofits, this looks like the nonprofit benefit may not have been applied correctly to the organization.

This is most likely something GitHub Support will need to fix on their side, especially since the billing page is still showing the standard Team price.

I would recommend keeping the existing support ticket open and avoiding upgrading through the paid checkout in the meantime.

Hopefully a GitHub staff member can take a look at ticket #4684080 and help get the nonprofit plan applied correctly.
