Pull Shark achievement missing after two merged pull requests

Hi GitHub Community,

I am experiencing an issue where the Pull Shark achievement is not appearing on my profile.

GitHub username: @MandaPavanKalyan

I have two pull requests authored by my account that were successfully merged into the default branch of the public repository elmohq/elmo:

1. PR #636 – show canonical model names in optimize menu
   show canonical model names in optimize menu elmohq/elmo#636
   Merged: August 26, 2026

2. PR #688 – add contributing section to README
   add contributing section to README elmohq/elmo#688
   Merged: September 2, 2026

I have verified that:

• Both pull requests show as Merged.
• Both were authored by my GitHub account.
• The repository is public.
• “Show Achievements on my profile” is enabled.
• Several days have passed since the second PR was merged.
• The Pull Shark achievement is still not visible on my profile.

Could someone please confirm whether this is a known achievement-processing/indexing issue, or whether these pull requests are not being counted toward the Pull Shark requirement for some reason?

If there is another requirement I am missing, please let me know.
