Pull Shark achievement missing after two merged pull requests

Hi GitHub Community,

I am experiencing an issue where the Pull Shark achievement is not appearing on my profile.

GitHub username: @MandaPavanKalyan

I have two pull requests authored by my account that were successfully merged into the default branch of the public repository elmohq/elmo:

1. show canonical model names in optimize menu elmohq/elmo#636
   Merged: August 26, 2026

2. add contributing section to README elmohq/elmo#688
   Merged: September 2, 2026

I have verified that:

• Both pull requests show as Merged
• Both were authored by my GitHub account
• The repository is public
• "Show Achievements on my profile" is enabled
• Several days have passed since the second pull request was merged

However, the Pull Shark achievement is still not appearing on my profile.

Could someone please confirm whether this is a known achievement-processing/indexing issue, or whether these pull requests are not being counted toward the Pull Shark requirement for some reason?

If there is another requirement I am missing, please let me know.

The achievement system is either broke or is deliberately stopping people from gaining the system. Ive tried to trigger several and only got 1.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my account coni233.

I also have two public pull requests authored by me and merged by upstream maintainers, and the second qualifying PR has now been merged for well over 48 hours. "Show Achievements on my profile" is enabled, but Pull Shark is still missing.

This seems very similar to your case and may indicate a broader achievement processing/indexing issue.

This does look like a processing issue than something wrong with your PRs.
