Student verification repeatedly rejects valid transcript information

Hi everyone,

My GitHub Education application has been rejected multiple times from both a PC and an iPhone. My verified academic email is associated with my account, 2FA is enabled, and my full legal name matches exactly across my GitHub profile, billing information, and transcript.

The transcript clearly shows my full name, complete school name, current preparation date, program, and active status. However, every rejection says that my name and school name are missing.

I also tried different devices, new live photographs, no VPN, location access, and signing out and back in. The GitHub Support form redirects this issue to the community because individual manual reviews are no longer available.

Has anyone found a supported solution when the automated verification cannot recognize information that is clearly visible in the document? Similar issues appear in discussions #188587 and #205124.
