Organization hidden by an automated flag since Aug 26 — ticket #4701877 unanswered; could it be routed to the right team?

Hello — asking here only because my support ticket has had no reply in 12 days, and I suspect I filed it in the wrong category.

What happened

• Organization: quantrank500, created Aug 15, 2026. It has three public repositories: the code of an open-source, MIT-licensed Python/FastAPI project (a public record of stock predictions), a small static landing-page repo, and the .github profile repo. No forks, no releases with binaries, no Actions beyond a test workflow, no billing.
• On Aug 26, 2026 the organization was flagged. The owner sees the "flagged" banner; everyone else gets a 404 on the organization page and on every repository (github.com/quantrank500 and github.com/quantrank500/quantrank500).
• I opened ticket #4701877 the same day. Looking at it again, it seems to have gone into the repository-restoration category rather than account review, which may be why it is sitting unanswered.

Context that might be relevant
The flag came a few days after the project got its first real traffic: a listing was merged into a curated awesome-list on Aug 20, and I had sent a round of emails to researchers and developers linking to the repository. Nothing was automated, no accounts other than my own, no stars or forks were solicited. I have read the Acceptable Use Policies and cannot find anything the organization does that they prohibit; if I am missing something, I would genuinely like to know so I can fix it.

While waiting I have published the same code under my personal account (RusUsf/quantrank500) so that the links people already have keep working. I intend to transfer it back into the organization once it is reviewed.

The ask
Could someone route #4701877 to the team that reviews flagged organizations, or tell me the right way to get it there? I understand account specifics cannot be discussed in public and I am not asking for that — only for the ticket to reach the right queue.
