Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,I am experiencing an instant 2-minute rejection loop while applying for the Student Developer Pack. My official school document (Academic Transcript) is issued in Arabic script.The automated system repeatedly states that my first and last name do not match my billing or profile information. However, I have already updated my Public Profile Name and my GitHub Billing Settings to match my exact legal Arabic name as it appears on the document, and I logged out and back in before re-applying.Because the automated OCR reader is failing to map the non-Latin Arabic text strings to the account profile, I am completely stuck. Since individual tickets are no longer accepted, could a community moderator or staff member please look into my account or guide me on how to get this verified?Thank you.
