When a repo has many workflows, the "All workflows" sidebar becomes hard to use. Current pain points:

• No way to search or filter by name.
• Long workflow names are truncated with only a hover tooltip to reveal the full name (e.g. acceptance-tests-bi-service-image-b...).
• Many workflows share prefixes (acceptance-tests-*, *-deploy) but are listed as a flat, unstructured list, making it hard to scan or distinguish similarly-named workflows.

Requested improvements:

1. A search/filter input at the top of the workflow list, matching by substring or fuzzy match.
2. Optional grouping/collapsing by common name prefix (e.g. all acceptance-tests-* workflows nested under one expandable group).
3. Keep pinned workflows pinned to the top regardless of search/group state.

This would significantly improve usability for repos with 20+ workflows, which is increasingly common with monorepos and microservice architectures.
