Hey everyone,

I'm hoping a community manager or GitHub staff member here can help me get a status update on my open support ticket (#4714518 / NN9L16-RW347). My main account (@harshitnub077) was suddenly suspended on August 31st, and it has completely locked me out of my ongoing open-source work and development portfolio.

Here is what's happened so far:
• August 31: My account got restricted. I opened a ticket immediately.
• August 31: Support replied the same day asking for verification info (username, account creation location, and my original email address). I replied back with all the correct details within minutes.
• Sept 2 & Sept 5: I sent polite follow-ups on the email thread but haven't heard anything back.

It has been over 9 days now with no updates since I sent over my verification info. I totally understand that the Trust & Safety team has a heavy queue, but being locked out is completely stalling my daily development work and personal projects.

Could someone from the @github-staff team please take a quick look or flag ticket #4714518 for the review team? I've already provided everything needed to prove ownership.
