This sounds like an indexing problem rather than a qualification issue, especially since the linked PR is merged and Support previously corrected the history manually. It would help to provide Support with the PR URLs, merge timestamps, repository visibility, and the profile page showing the stale history, while redacting any private ticket details. A self-service “recalculate achievements” action or an audit view listing the qualifying PRs and the last index time would make these cases much easier to diagnose.
