codespace not running - "Setting up your codespace"

I had tried to work on codespace it work for some days but when I tried it the next day it shows - 'Setting up your codespace'. to fix it i had tried :
1- restart codespace
2- cookies clear
3- run codespace in incognito
4- tried open in browser, in jupiter lab.
all are failed nothing is workable.
i dont want to run it in local system by which i had worked on codespace but its now working now & also i had not commited my last updates. also .dev methode is not working. so please guide me how can I rerun the codespace from where I had left.
