GitHub Education verification failed – Israeli student with official school document

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I am a current student at an Israeli high school and I am trying to verify my academic status for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

Unfortunately, my verification was rejected even though I provided an official document from my school.

I am studying at ORT Comprehensive Kiryat Motzkin (אורט מקיף קריית מוצקין) in Israel. The document I submitted is an official confirmation of enrollment issued by my school and includes:

• My full name
• My school name in Hebrew: אורט מקיף קריית מוצקין
• The current academic year (תשפ”ז / 2026–2027)
• The date of issue: 10/09/2026
• The school’s official logo and stamp
• The signature of the school principal

I also access GitHub using my official school email address.

I understand that the document is in Hebrew, which may make automatic verification difficult. I can provide the original Hebrew document together with an English translation if necessary.

Could you please advise me on what exactly needs to be changed or what additional document I should provide in order to verify my student status?
