Copilot intefering with typing comments on PR reviews.

Copilot is prevening me from commnneting in PR conversations.

As of two days ago, whenever I attempt to Reply to a PR conversation comment, instead of typing my first character, a Copilot window pops up, which I did not ask for.

If I go into Copilot Settings, I see a large number of Copilot options Usage, Features, etc. When I disable those, the Copilot window does not pop up, but now I can't type charcaters in the Reply field at all.

Has anyone seen this before?
I have never signed up for Copilot.

THis is what I see when I access my Copilot Settings - all the buttons which you cannot see are disabled:

I would like to remove Copilot entirely but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

And when this problem is present, if I click on Resolve Conversation, I see the above screen:

Just FYI, once I pushed a new build to the PR, the ability to reply to the conversation entries was reenabled. I believe this happened previously, and then locked up again.
Looks like a bug.
