Hi @potopalskyalex 👋 We do prefer academic domains so if your school does not have one we will need to require additional information stating so. As a faculty member I would encourage you to reach out to us so we can adjust your school's parameters. Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I am a currently employed teacher at a school in Ukraine, and I am trying to verify my teacher status for GitHub Education.
My teacher verification has been rejected many times despite providing official documentation and carefully checking my application.
I have repeatedly verified that all the information matches, including:
my first and last name in the school document matching the name on my GitHub account and billing information;
my current employment information;
an official document from my school confirming my employment as a teacher;
the document being signed and stamped by the school;
my school being listed in the official Ukrainian list of educational institutions;
completing the location verification while physically present at my school.
Despite this, my application continues to be rejected.
Could someone please clarify what specifically may be preventing my teacher status from being verified, or whether there could be an issue with the automated verification process?
I would be happy to provide any additional documentation or information if necessary.
Thank you.
