Copilot Pro+ Purchased Through Google Play Still Shows as Copilot Free #208442

This issue usually occurs due to a mismatch during the Google Play Billing API entitlement sync or a failed receipt token validation on GitHub’s billing backend. 1. Verify Google Play Account Priority (Multiple Google Accounts)
2. Clear App Data & Cache
3. Provide the GPA Transaction ID to GitHub Support |

Hi everyone,
I purchased GitHub Copilot Pro+ through Google Play. The subscription is active and the payment was completed successfully, but my GitHub account still shows Copilot Free on both GitHub Mobile and the GitHub website.
I followed these restoration steps:
Opened the Copilot section in GitHub Mobile.
Selected Get Started For Free.
Selected Upgrade to Pro.
Selected Restore purchase.
However, the following error appears:
Restoring purchase failed. An error occurred while restoring your purchase for Copilot Pro. Please try again.
I have also verified that:
The correct GitHub account is signed in to GitHub Mobile.
The Google Play account used for the purchase is active on the device.
Copilot Pro+ appears as an active subscription in Google Play.
GitHub Mobile and the GitHub website both continue to show Copilot Free.
Attempting to purchase Pro+ again indicates that a subscription already exists.
Selecting Manage subscription opens the active subscription in Google Play.
No second purchase has been made.
I have already contacted GitHub Support, but the issue has not yet been resolved.
Has anyone experienced this problem with a GitHub Copilot subscription purchased through Google Play? Is there another way to restore the subscription or associate it with the correct GitHub account?
Thanks.
