Request: add Microsoft Teams as a supported destination for Scheduled reminders, matching the existing Slack feature set (scheduled digests + real-time per-event alerts).

GitHub's Scheduled reminders feature (Settings → Integrations → Scheduled reminders) lets a user authorise a Slack workspace and get:

• Scheduled digest reminders for PR reviews waiting on you or your team, on a custom day/time/timezone schedule
• Real-time alerts for specific granular PR events: review requested (you or your team), PR approved/changes requested, assigned to a PR, comments on your PR or a thread you're in, mentions, PR merged, failed checks

This is exactly the kind of per-user, event-level scoping that's missing from the GitHub app for Microsoft Teams, which only supports repo-wide channel subscriptions via /github subscribe owner/repo reviews - notifying an entire channel about every PR review in a repo, with no way to filter to "review requests assigned to me."

Since GitHub already built this granularity for Slack as a first-party feature, it would be a good parity win to extend Scheduled reminders to also support authorising a Microsoft Teams workspace/channel.
