Hi everyone,

My application keeps getting denied, even though I've done everything they said. I gave them my contract, with my full name and signature, the name matches my billing name, and it identifies me as a remote adjunct instructor. It has the school and the date, and I am using my school email.

What else can I do? Can I get in contact with a person? I suspect their OCR/AI isn't smart enough to figure it out and I want to get it set up for my students by next week.

Nothing so far. I'm on my 8th try?? It keeps flagging different issues, non of which are actual issues 😭

Still not working. I created a ticket and they said i needed a better picture. I did try zooming in on just the appropriate sections - luckily I got to send 2 pictures because of not being in the "right" location. It hasn't failed yet; fingers crossed!

I keep getting auto denied as well. I feel there must be someone somewhere we can reach out to.
