Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Charge of $50 on My Account
Dear GitHub Support Team, 

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $50 applied to my account on September 23, 2026.

I have reviewed my account usage and active billing cycles, and there is no justification or prior authorization for this transaction. This deduction was made without my consent. 

Please review this matter immediately, reverse the transaction, and issue a full refund of $50 to my original payment method. 

Please note that if this issue is not resolved promptly and I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will take the following actions: 

1. Cancel my GitHub subscription and all associated paid services immediately.
2. File a formal dispute and fraud report with my bank and the relevant financial consumer protection authorities.

I expect a swift response regarding the status of my refund.
