Hi everyone, i need huge help

I am applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack as a master's degree student at South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov.

My university does not issue official .edu email addresses to students, so I am attempting to verify my academic status using official institutional documents (Certificate of Enrollment and Student ID).

I have updated my GitHub profile name and billing details to match my full legal name exactly as listed on my documents and re-authenticated my session.

Could you please assist or guide me on the best practices to get my verification approved using physical student documentation via camera capture?

A .edu email address isn't necessarily required for GitHub Education verification. If your university doesn't provide one, you can use other proof of current enrollment, such as an official Certificate of Enrollment or Student ID.

When submitting the document, make sure your full name, university name, and current academic status are clearly visible and that the document is readable in the photo. Your GitHub profile information should also match the name shown on the documentation.

If the automated verification still can't confirm your status, I would submit the clearest official enrollment document you have rather than trying to obtain a .edu address that your university doesn't issue. If it continues to fail despite valid documentation, contact GitHub Education Support with the exact verification message and explain that your institution does not issue .edu student email addresses.
