My automated student application keeps getting rejected because my official documents are in Ukrainian (Cyrillic), while GitHub Billing requires Latin characters (Yehor Kozlov).

I have already submitted a support ticket with my official EDEBO extract and paper certificate with official stamp attached. Could a community moderator please help escalate my ticket for a manual review?

1. Keep the existing support ticket and reply to it rather than opening multiple tickets.
2. Clearly explain that the documents are official Ukrainian government/education documents and therefore use Cyrillic.
3. Provide the Latin transliteration of your name exactly as it appears in your GitHub/Billing profile: Yehor Kozlov.
4. Attach the EDEBO extract and stamped certificate again if the ticket allows attachments.
5. If possible, include an official English/Latin-language document from your college or another recognized source showing your name and institution in Latin characters.
6. Make sure your GitHub profile, billing information, and document details are consistent where applicable.
