No option to add new milestone

The button to add new milestone is gone, as an workaround I'm currently visiting https://github.com/org/repo/milestones/new to create new milestones, which is annoying. Please confirm if this is the intended behavior, the outdated docs states otherwise.

PS: Having the same problem with labels also.

Im having the same issue. Seems like a UI problem from Github.

Use this simple curl command to create a milestone via Github api:
