Contributors not showing in repository sidebar

Hi,

I noticed that the Contributors section in the right-hand sidebar is empty for:

https://github.com/TheSuperHackers/GeneralsGameCode

This repository is based on EA's original source release here:

https://github.com/electronicarts/CnC_Generals_Zero_Hour

EA published that repository to release the source code and archived it shortly afterwards.

The SuperHackers repository has continued development with commits from many different authors, and the contributors graph appears to contain the correct data:

https://github.com/TheSuperHackers/GeneralsGameCode/graphs/contributors

So GitHub seems to know about the contributors, but they are not being shown in the Contributors section of the main repository sidebar.

Is this a known issue, or is there some way to refresh or reindex the sidebar contributor data?
