I'm the maintainer of eslint-plugin-perfectionist and a few other open-source projects.

My account (@azat-io) is flagged under trade controls: the billing page shows "the billing information supplied is ineligible for transactions with GitHub due to government restrictions." Because of this I can't update my billing address, and my GitHub Sponsors application has been stuck in Pending since June 2026.

I left Russia in May 2026 and have been living in the Philippines since August. I hold a Philippine ACR I-Card.

On September 21 I submitted a trade controls appeal (ticket #4777616) with my ACR I-Card and passport pages (exit stamp from Russia, entry stamp to the Philippines, current visa extension) attached, and offered to provide further proof of residence. It's been a week with no response. Two earlier tickets from June (#4498357, #4522881) have also never been
