I have had a ticket open regarding an AI overrun, where the model agreed it made a mistake, with NO RESPONSE at all, not even a canned one, for four days...
Ticket 4794579.
If this is not resolved soon, I will be filing a BBB complaint. I am trying, here, first in the hopes that someone, with some authority, will actually do something.

I understand why you're frustrated, especially if the AI itself acknowledged that it made a mistake.

Since this is about an existing support ticket, the GitHub Community can't directly access or escalate ticket #4794579 for you.

A few things you can try:

1. Reply to the existing support email/ticket rather than opening multiple new tickets. Keep the message short and clearly state that you are still waiting for a response.

2. Include the ticket number (#4794579) and briefly explain what resolution you're requesting.

3. If the issue involves an AI/Copilot billing, usage, or service problem, make sure you're contacting the support category that matches the specific product involved.

4. Keep screenshots and the original AI response showing that it acknowledged the mistake. Those can be useful when support reviews the case.

Four days without even an acknowledgement is understandably frustrating, but I would avoid posting private ticket details or personal/account information publicly in this discussion.

Hopefully support picks this up soon.

4 days is nothing, I've been waiting for over a year.

@kd5050612-debug I have put comments on the ticket every day, and if there is no response soon, I will open a BBB complaint. I am a paying customer of Copilot Max... Thank you for replying, but I am hoping someone from the Moderators group can get someone to pay attention.
And @Bounty38, sorry to hear that; it still does not excuse the lack of response to either of us.
