Hi everyone,

I am struggling to get my GitHub Education application verified. I have submitted my transcript and enrollment letter over ten times, but they are consistently rejected.

The issue seems to be with the automated image capture tool. When I try to take a photo of my documents, the aspect ratio is incorrect, causing the images to come out blurry or cropped/cut off. Because of this, my application keeps failing despite my documentation being valid.

Is it possible to manually upload image files instead of using the built-in capture tool? I have already tried the same documents through SheerID directly without success. Any advice or alternative verification methods would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently enrolled in the MScFe program at WorldQuant and am seeking access to the GitHub Education benefits, specifically the PyCharm offer. Has any other student from WorldQuant successfully navigated the verification process? If so, could you please share any tips or advice on how you managed to get your documents approved? Did you upload and how does one upload many proofs
