Hi everyone,

To whoever is responsible for the GitHub Education verification process: your system is completely broken and entirely user-hostile.
Your mobile and tablet camera integration is completely dysfunctional. It fails to switch lenses, freezes, ignores basic browser permissions, and forces users into absurd workarounds just to take a readable photo of a screen. Meanwhile, your automated bot blindly rejects clear, legitimate documents with generic, useless copy-paste messages.
It is unacceptable to advertise "Student Benefits" while hiding them behind a technically flawed wall that actively penalizes distance learners and online students. You are severely wasting the time of actual developers.

same problem keep going with me. From last 3 days i am trying to submit application but it is still keeping reject due to blur photo of student Id document. Even I have my uni .edu email even then it is rejecting. I dont know why they need a prove even having uni aproved .edu email which is verified.
