Hi everyone,

Hello there misters and ladies.

7 tries now, 7 rejects. the fact we have to use a camera and at the same time showing everything they want is making me impossible to handle this in any other way.

I am, therefore, requesting a manual review for my GitHub Education manually. I am more than willing to provide any and all information you may seem fit for me to be able to handle this process with as little problem as possible.

2 posts have been created by me in the recent past and plenty of other users are having similar problems.

Hi! Sorry to hear that.
I’d suggest checking that your school information and documents are clear, valid, and match the information on your GitHub account. If the camera verification is the main problem, you could also try using a different device or better lighting.
Since you’ve already tried several times, I’d recommend contacting GitHub Support directly and explaining that the verification process has failed repeatedly, asking whether they can provide another verification method.

I don’t think there’s a specific person you can PM for this. I’d select the option related to GitHub Education/Student verification and explain that you’ve already tried 7 times and were rejected each time. I’d also include screenshots of the rejections and explain exactly what goes wrong during the camera verification.
