I got sponsor from Jetbrains on 10 August but it's not been credited to my account yet even my bank account is verified and connected

If this is your first sponsorship your account has received, GitHub enforces a mandatory 60-day probation period to ensure program integrity. also GitHub does not transfer funds immediately after they clear. Payouts are bundled and processed automatically once a month, typically around the 22nd of each month.

Yes it's my first sponsor

So it means I get payout on 22 oct?

[likithdt]

Yes, you can expect to receive your payout on 22 October 2026. Since your first sponsorship began on 10 August, your mandatory 60-day safety hold ends on 10 October 2026. Because GitHub processes all cleared payouts on a fixed monthly schedule, your funds will be released during the very next standard payout cycle on 22 October 2026.

Things to keep an eye are :

1. GitHub will initiate the transfer on the 22nd, and it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to clear into an Indian bank account via Stripe Connect.
2. Keep an eye on your GitHub Sponsors dashboard between now and 10 October to ensure no additional tax or identity verification flags pop up.
