Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I am a currently enrolled university student applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My application was rejected because the academic document submitted through the camera verification was considered unreadable.
I have an official, dated class schedule from my university's student portal that clearly shows my full name, program, university information, and the current date. However, when I capture the document through GitHub's verification camera, the image is heavily compressed and the text becomes difficult to read.
The original document is clear and readable before uploading/capturing it.
I have already verified my academic email, enabled 2FA, and updated my GitHub profile name and billing information to match my academic document.
What can I do to successfully verify my student status when the camera capture makes the official document unreadable?
Thank you.
