Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Support Team,

I am having trouble completing the verification process for GitHub Education.

I am currently enrolled as a university student and submitted my student ID card as proof of my student status. However, my application was rejected, and I am not sure why my student ID was not accepted.

Could you please check my application and let me know why the submitted student ID was rejected?

If my student ID does not meet the verification requirements, I would also appreciate it if you could let me know what alternative documents I should submit to verify my current enrollment.

I would be happy to provide any additional information or documentation required.
