I am trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my academic affiliation document keeps getting rejected.

My Situation:

• Document Provided: Official Student Confirmation Statement issued by Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus.
• Rejection Reason: "Please use your device camera to submit academic affiliation documents."
• The Issue: I am using the web portal's upload method, but the system is failing to verify the digital document.

Document Details (Verified in the letter):

• My full name on my GitHub profile matches the official letter.
• The letter clearly states my active status: Currently enrolled in Year 2 / Sem 4 (Bachelor of Computer Science).
• The expected graduation date (December 2027) is explicitly listed.

Since the automated system is asking for a device camera submission but I am using the upload method provided by the UI, is there a way to trigger a manual review, or should I print out the PDF and photograph the physical paper with a mobile device?

Any advice from the community or staff would be greatly appreciated!
