Your setup looks right: the repo isn't a fork, the commits are on What's different about the college address is that it was verified on your old, deleted account first. The commits made with it appear to still be counted against that old account and haven't been recalculated for your new one. There isn't a setting you can change for that; it needs a recount on GitHub's side. I'd open a ticket at https://support.github.com (Account → contributions) with the evidence above: the email, the date range, and an example SHA. Ask them to recalculate contributions for |

Hello GitHub Community,
I need help with my historical GitHub contributions.
My old college GitHub account was deleted, and my repository history was transferred to my new GitHub account.
New account: Sahana-tech369
Repository:
https://github.com/Sahana-tech369/student-demo
My historical commit email addresses are already added and verified on my new account:
sahanakanasogi@gmail.com
sahana.24cs121@sode-edu.in
Today's contributions are appearing correctly on my new account, but many old green contribution days from my deleted college account are still missing.
The repository history is preserved, and the commits are on the main branch.
One example historical commit is:
8cd2e820435fc588f47a11be699de4eb56d0b5d9
I have already added and verified the historical email addresses and waited for the contribution graph to update.
Could someone please help me understand why my historical contributions are still missing from my new account and whether the contribution graph can be restored?
Thank you.
