Re-verification/Repeat Application
Hi everyone,
I'm a currently enrolled college student whose GitHub Education applications have been rejected repeatedly over the past two weeks.
I've submitted three different official documents:
All three show my full name and school's name. The enrollment letter and schedule also explicitly show dates covering the current semester. My GitHub billing name and profile display name match my documents exactly.
The same evidence has received different rejection reasons across attempts, including claims that information clearly present is missing or does not match.
Troubleshooting I've already completed
Before suggesting the standard troubleshooting steps, please note that I have already tried:
After that wait, I reapplied and encountered the same problem.
Support routes I've already tried
I've also tried contacting Support:
What I need help with
I need help beyond another recommendation to improve lighting, use a different device, match my name, or provide current enrollment dates. Those steps have already been exhausted.
Can a GitHub staff member investigate the inconsistent verification results or provide a working escalation route that actually accepts a support request?
If you've personally resolved this situation, please explain the specific route you used to reach support, rather than linking back to the general support homepage or verification checklist.
