Get hub breakdown I use it, but technically don’t know what it’s for

How do I appropriately set up my GitHub account and if I want somebody to look at my repository it says something that's possible where you can just share it to that one person I keep hearing that she can but I don't know how I'm a new AI automation person so to speak it's learning and implementing as I go and now that I've got caught up. I'm trying to figure out what everything does what it's for and I know this one is very important so if somebody could let me know.Email Mindy.lackey@outlook.com
