Am I eligible for the two-year 1password offer if I had previously claimed the 1year one and am currently using it? #209719

I wouldn't assume that your current 1Password subscription will automatically be extended to two years. The message saying that you've already redeemed the offer likely means the promotion is tied to a specific benefit entitlement rather than simply adding another year to an existing subscription. I'd check two things:
If the GitHub Education page says the offer has already been redeemed but your 1Password subscription still only has the original 1-year expiration date, I'd contact GitHub Education support rather than trying to redeem the offer repeatedly. Include the date you originally claimed the 1-year offer and the date you attempted to claim the 2-year offer. Also, I wouldn't create a second 1Password account just to try to trigger the offer again — that could make the entitlement/account association even harder to resolve. If anyone has successfully upgraded from the previous 1-year GitHub Education offer to the new 2-year offer, their experience would probably be the most useful confirmation here. |
Uh oh!

Redeem Benefits/Offers
Hi everyone,
Basically the title.
I had used to 1 year 1password offer a few months back. When I went ahead with the two year offer, I was told that I had already redeemed that offer. So does it mean my current subscription will become a two year one? What should I do to redeem that offer if that's not the case?
