Hi everyone,

I recently completed the entire GitHub Foundations certification track on DataCamp on September 28th, which I accessed using the 3-month DataCamp benefit provided by the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

According to the offer details, completing the track should qualify for a free GitHub Foundations Certification voucher. However, I haven't received any email containing the voucher code yet.

Could anyone guide me on how long this voucher typically takes to arrive, or who I should contact to get this checked?

Hi! According to DataCamp's official support documentation, GitHub Foundations certification vouchers are distributed in batches and may take up to 15 working days after completing the full learning track.

Since you completed the track on September 28, you may still be within the expected delivery period.

I recommend:

1. Checking your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
2. Confirming that all courses in the GitHub Foundations track are marked as completed.
3. Making sure you activated DataCamp through the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
4. If 15 working days have passed without receiving the voucher, contacting DataCamp Support directly.
