Application issues

[pconniff1-tech]

I am an elementary music teacher and creating software for my colleagues to deliver music education more efficiently. I am not looking to teach children coding. I keep getting denied because my school issued email is in a non expected format. It's first.last@schooldomain.org.

Also I put my school as my elementary school (which won't pop up since it's not a high-school). I have an employment verification letter from my elementary school admin but the application seems to be rejected over the email format not the letter. Though I did enter the format of school issued emails when asked to. I don't know what to do next.
