Body
The Settings pages (repository, organization, and environment settings) don't support a responsive layout. When the browser window is narrowed, the left navigation sidebar never collapses, which leaves very little room for the main content.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
The sidebar should collapse (e.g., into a toggle/menu) on narrower viewports, as it already does on the Actions page.
Why it matters
Working with two windows side by side is a very common workflow. For example, comparing and editing variables and secrets of two environments (dev vs. prod) of the same app. With the current layout, this scenario is unnecessarily uncomfortable.
