Agent session only shows loading indicator

After starting an agent session on the mobile app, I cannot view the session or the progress. Only the loading indicator shows. I have viewed this behavior and multiple profiles. Quitting and restarting the app does not fix it. If I open the session in my mobile browser, then I can view it just fine.
