I have a similar problem. In my case, the issue is shown on the project's view only if it was created in the repo. If I create an issue on the project's view, the issue is not visible in the project but visible in the repo. Reassiging the issue to the project from the repo doesn't have any effect. I checked all the filters and created new view(s). |

Issues added to a Project show as linked in the issue sidebar but never appear in any Project view
Summary
Issues added to my user-owned Project ("HME Bug Tracker") show the project and a Status value ("Triage") in the issue sidebar, but the item never appears in any view of the project, including a brand-new Table view with no filters. Only one project with this name exists on my account.
Environment
pablodalvarezg/hmebugs(private)Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
The item stays visible in the project views, since the issue sidebar shows it as part of the project with Status = Triage.
Actual behavior
Additional observation
In the issue sidebar's "Select projects" dropdown, "HME Bug Tracker" is listed four times: under "Group selected" (checked), "Recent", "Repository", and "Organization" (all unchecked). There is only one project with this name on my account, so the checked state looks inconsistent with the actual project.
This happened only once and haven't been able to reproduce since.
You can see here that the project list is empty and without any filters applied to it.
However, the issue is created and seemingly assigned to the correct project and status:
What I already ruled out
EDIT - Important:
Noticed that when unassigning and reassigning the issue to the project, after a few minutes, it successfully shows up on the views.
