Live-verified just now: all three PRs show The reason nothing has landed: achievement processing is stuck platform-wide. GitHub staff confirmed on Sep 23 (marked answer in #208263) that internal teams are investigating granting delays of "several days" with no timeline; the aggregation thread #203416 is at 125+ comments with users waiting 3+ weeks — my own achievements triggered Sep 18/25 are still pending today. Your Oct 11 merges sit in that window, and @chiikawaaii's missing first Pair Extraordinaire is the same "first badge stuck in the pipeline" pattern seen across that thread (accounts with zero issued badges render no Achievements section at all until backfill lands). What to do: add both usernames and the merge dates to #203416 — when the pipeline recovers, both accounts should be awarded in the same batch. One hedge worth knowing: whether PRs merged in your own repository count is the least-documented corner of the Pull Shark criteria — most profiles show it counting, but if the recovery lands and yours specifically doesn't, that's when a support ticket with the PR list makes sense (a first PR in a repo you don't own removes all ambiguity). |

What I was trying to do
Earn the Pull Shark and Pair Extraordinaire achievements on my account
@HSM-03 (https://github.com/HSM-03) through my public repository
HSM-03/Pull_Shark.
What I expected
branch (main):
@chiikawaaii, and the co-author is correctly linked to their account
(the commit page shows "HSM-03 and chiikawaaii authored"):
https://github.com/HSM-03/Pull_Shark/commit/8289bf94e87cae22bc34a706171084aef73cca11
What happened instead
About 5 days later, neither achievement has appeared. Pair Extraordinaire
is also missing on @chiikawaaii's profile. Achievements are visible on my
profile, and other achievements (YOLO, Quickdraw, Galaxy Brain) are
displayed normally.
Additional context

I have seen similar recent reports about achievements not being awarded.
Could GitHub staff check whether this is a known achievement indexing
issue, and reindex my account if needed? Thank you.
