I'd like to have the username of "resbit" instead of my current one, "resbit-aidan", but the name is taken by an account created in October 2024 that has no contributions listed on their profile outside of creating their account. If the account is inactive I'd appreciate being able to use that username, but I'm unsure if that's allowed.
